All customers have a right to a 14 calendar day ‘cooling off’ period within which you can cancel your membership to our Online Video Streaming Service for any reason and be entitled to a refund. Please note there is no right to refund after the 14 calendar day cooling off period has elapsed and refunds will only be given at our sole discretion.
Monthly subscribers can cancel your membership at any time and payments will stop from when the next payment was due.
Annual subscribers are entitled to a 30 day money back guarantee. To apply for a refund simply email email@example.com 30 days will be taken from the date and time which a user signed up to the service.
All subscription memberships are set to auto-renew you can change this at any time on your account dashboard.
